Everything a security or manpower firm needs
From your first registration to monthly statutory filings, one team handles it all.
PASARA License
The licence a private security agency must hold under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005. We prepare the application and documents, coordinate verification, and handle renewals.
Labour License
The contract labour licence agencies need to supply guards and workers to client sites. We handle the application, documents, renewals and amendments when you add new sites.
PF Registration & Filing
EPFO registration for your establishment, UAN creation for employees, and monthly ECR challan filing on time, every month.
ESIC Registration
Employer registration with ESIC, employee IP numbers, and monthly contribution filing so your guards and staff stay covered.
Shop Certificate (Gumasta)
Shop & Establishment registration for your office under your state's Act, often the first document clients and banks ask for.
Proprietorship Registration
Start your agency as a sole proprietor, with the registrations you need to open a current account and begin trading.
Partnership Registration
Partnership deed drafting, registration with the Registrar of Firms, and the firm's PAN, so every partner is protected.
GST Registration & Filing
GST registration plus regular GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns, including the reverse-charge rules that apply to security services.
MSME (Udyam) Registration
Udyam registration to access tender benefits, priority lending and protection against delayed payments from buyers.
Built for agencies that deploy people
Security and manpower businesses carry more compliance than most: a large workforce, monthly PF and ESIC deadlines, PASARA and labour licences that need renewing, and clients who audit your paperwork before awarding a contract. We know this work inside out.

Frequently asked questions
Who needs a PASARA license?
Any business that provides private security guards or security services needs a licence from the state's Controlling Authority under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, before it starts operating. Requirements differ slightly from state to state.
Do I need a Labour License as well as PASARA?
Usually, yes. If your agency supplies guards or workers to client sites through contracts, you generally need a contract labour licence in addition to PASARA. The exact rules depend on your state and the number of workers deployed, so we check them for your situation.
When is PF registration mandatory?
PF registration is generally required once an establishment employs 20 or more people. Smaller firms can also register voluntarily, and many clients prefer working with agencies that already have PF.
When is ESIC registration mandatory?
ESIC generally applies once you employ 10 or more people. Employees earning up to ₹21,000 a month are covered. The exact threshold can vary by state.
What is a Gumasta / Shop Act certificate?
It's a registration under your state's Shops and Establishments Act for your office or place of business. It's commonly used as proof of business when opening a current account and applying for other licences.
Should I start as a proprietorship or a partnership?
A proprietorship is the quickest and simplest to set up if you're starting alone. A partnership suits two or more owners who want to share capital and responsibility. We'll help you decide based on your plans.
Can you handle our monthly PF, ESIC and GST filings?
Yes. Ongoing monthly and annual filing is a core part of what we do. Share your salary and invoice data each month and we take care of the rest.
